FERC Extends Time for Submitting Modified ATC Related Reliability Standards

On April 29, 2008, FERC issued a notice approving NERC's request to extend the time for public utilities to modify ATC related Reliability Standards as required by Orders No. 890 and 693. FERC is granting an extension of time until August 29, 2008 for public utilities, working through NERC, to submit Reliability Standards MOD-001, MOD-008, MOD-028, MOD-029, and MOD-030, and until November 21, 2008 to submit Reliability Standard MOD-004. FERC is also granting an extension of time until November 27, 2008 to develop, through NAESB, business practices supporting Standards MOD-001, MOD-008, MOD-028, MOD-029, and MOD-030, and until February 19, 2009 to develop business practices complementing Standard MOD-004. NERC Requests Rehearing of March 21, 2008 FERC Order on Delegation Agreements
