NERC has posted for comment its proposed revisions to the NERC pro forma Delegation Agreement, the CMEP/Hearing Procedures, the NERC Rules of Procedure, and the Regional Entity Delegation Agreements in response to directives in the March 21, 2008 FERC Order. Comments are due June 10, 2008 and should be submitted in a Word document to Sara Minges (sara.minges@nerc.net).
