On March 21, 2008, FERC issued an order accepting the following: (1) the revised pro forma Delegation Agreement and Regional Entity Delegation Agreements submitted in NERC’s October 30 compliance filing; (2) proposed revisions to the NERC CMEP; and (3) the proposed revisions to the WECC bylaws filed by NERC and the WECC on November 2, 2007 to become effective conditioned on subsequent membership approval. FERC also directed NERC to make certain modifications to the pro forma Delegation Agreement, individual Delegation Agreements, and the WECC Bylaws Filing. To view the FERC order, click here.
