On March 21, 2008, FERC issued an order accepting NERC’s revised 2008 Business and Budget Plan filed in its December 14, 2007 compliance filing, with the exception of a portion pertaining to the SPP business plan and budget, which FERC conditionally accepted. To view the FERC order, click here.
