Item E-3: Docket AD07-12, Reliability Standards Compliance and Enforcement for Regions with RTO's and ISO's (Compliance);
Item E-4: Dockets RR07-1, et al., Delegation Agreements between NERC and Regional Entities, Including SERC (Compliance); and
Item E-28: Docket RR07-16-001, NERC (NERC 2008 Business Plan and Budget).
