On December 20, 2007, FERC issued an order reversing three NERC decisions in which NERC determined that Direct Energy Services, LLC, Sempra Energy Solutions LLC and Strategic Energy, L.L.C., should be registered as load-serving entities in the NERC Compliance Registry.
