On November 16, 2007, FERC issued an order addressing NERC’s August 16, 2007 Compliance Filing that was filed pursuant to the Commission’s May 2007 Order on Violation Risk Factors. In the November 16 Order, FERC approves the Violation Risk Factors as modified by NERC and directs NERC to make another compliance filing within 30 days of the order.
