On October 18, 2007, FERC issued an order conditionally accepting NERC's 2008 Business Plan and Budget as well as the 2008 Business Plan and Budget of each Regional Entity and ordering NERC to make compliance filings on or before December 14, 2007 and April 1, 2008.
